All Classes now at the Rugby Club
All classes are now at the Rugby Club Shaw Lane Barnsley. The new studio is located within the main building and opened on Monday 20th April 2009, We have a few new classes, and don't forgot one to ones weekdays and weekends.

Lynn and Gill (craftbox elsecar heritage centre)
Thank you so much for your support, I will be at the Elsecar Heritage centre on the 23rd and 24th of August in the BSSK mind Body and Spirit show with a stand and demo's of yoga and pilates on Sunday at 11am.
